Contact Timelee

One address reaches us, for everything: a reminder that did not ring, a credit that did not appear, a translation that reads oddly in your language, or a question you could not find an answer to on this site.

How to reach us

Email info@gtsinfosoft.com. Timelee is built by GTS Infosoft LLP, and that address reaches the people who work on the app.

We do not publish a support phone number or a walk-in address, because we would rather give you one route that is actually watched than three that are not. If your question is about something on a particular device, a written message with the details below will get a better answer than a call would.

We will not promise you a response time on this page. What we can say is that a message with the version number, the platform and the exact time a reminder should have fired is usually answered in one reply, and a message that says the app is broken usually takes three.

Two things worth trying first

Most reports we receive about a reminder that did not arrive come down to one of these, and you can check both in about two minutes.

  1. Check the phone's own settings

Notification permission, battery optimisation, and whichever Focus or Do Not Disturb mode was running at the time. An app cannot ring past a setting that tells it not to. The troubleshooting guide walks through both Android and iOS.

  2. Run one test reminder

Set something two minutes ahead, put the phone in its usual state, and watch what happens. Whatever it does or does not do is the single most useful sentence you can put in an email to us.

What to put in the message

  • Your platform: Android, iPhone or iPad, or the web dashboard
  • The app version, or the browser if it happened on the web
  • The exact date and time the reminder should have fired, and your time zone
  • Which delivery option the reminder was set to: Regular, App Call, Important, Phone Call Only or Critical
  • What happened instead — nothing at all, an alarm with no sound, a call that rang once
  • For a credit or billing question, which app store the purchase was made in
  • A screenshot, if there is anything on screen worth seeing

Reporting something sensitive

If you think you have found a security problem, write to the same address and say so in the subject line. Please include enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you publish anything.

If you want your account and its data removed, say that plainly in the message and tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, so we are certain which account you mean.

Anything about translation belongs here too. Timelee ships in 32 languages, four of them right to left, and a sentence that is technically correct but reads strangely to a native speaker is a real bug to us. Tell us the language, the screen and what it should have said.

We will not call you out of the blue

Timelee places a phone call only when a reminder you created asks it to, and only to a number whose owner verified it with a one-time code. Nobody from support will ring you unprompted, and we will never ask for a password — there is no Timelee password, because you sign in with Google.

Common contact questions

Where do I ask about a purchase or a refund?

Start with the app store the purchase was made in, since that is who took the payment. Then write to info@gtsinfosoft.com with the store, the date and what you expected to receive, and we will help from our side.

Can I ask for my account to be deleted?

Yes. Email info@gtsinfosoft.com from or naming the Google account you sign in with, and say clearly that you want the account and its data removed.

Do you offer phone support?

No. We publish one email address rather than a support line. For anything device-specific, a written description with the version, the time and the delivery setting gets a better answer than a call.

I found a translation mistake. Is that worth reporting?

Yes, and it is genuinely useful. Tell us the language, the screen and what the wording should be. Timelee ships in 32 languages and no amount of tooling replaces a native speaker noticing something reads wrong.

Tell us what went wrong

One address, watched by the people who build the app. Include the platform, the version and the time, and we can usually answer in one reply.
