When you delete your account, personal data is queued for deletion within 30 days; some data may be retained up to 90 days for backup/recovery. 8. Location Data & Controls
8.1 Collection
- Requested only for location-based reminders
- Requires "Always Allow" to trigger in background
- Uses precise GPS to trigger within your defined radius
- Monitored in background only when active place reminders exist
8.2 Usage
- Arrival/departure notifications
- Showing your location when selecting places
- Improving geofence accuracy
8.3 Control
- Disable location in device settings anytime
- Delete place reminders to stop monitoring those places
- Location data is not sold or shared with advertisers
Turning off location stops place-based reminders. Time-based and calendar reminders continue to work.
9. Phone Call & Voice Data
9.1 Phone Call Reminders
- We store numbers you designate for reminder calls
- Calls placed via trusted telephony providers
- Calls include prerecorded or text-to-speech reminder messages
- We keep call records (number, status, duration)
- Premium includes 20 call credits/month; additional credits sold
9.2 Voice Recordings
- Stored securely and used only to deliver your reminders
- Deletable by you at any time
- Not used for other purposes or shared with third parties
9.3 Voice-to-Text
- Processed via speech services in real time
- Transmitted securely; not stored long term for this purpose
10. Cookies & Tracking Tech
We primarily operate as a mobile app but use certain technologies for authentication, session continuity, analytics, crash reporting, and notifications. Ads may appear on the free plan; Lite+ and Premium are ad-free. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

- No guarantee reminders (including calls/emails/push) always arrive on time or at all
- Not liable for missed medications, appointments, deadlines, or related losses
- Dependent on third-party systems (OS, networks, telephony, email, cloud, calendars)
- You are responsible for device health, permissions, call credits, and redundant reminders
- We are not liable for data loss; maintain your own backups
- Liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is less, where permitted by law
